These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ANTE — the ERP software operated by Multibook Philippines Inc. ("we", "us", or "ANTE"), a Philippine corporation and a subsidiary of Multibook (Tokyo, Japan). Our Philippine office is at Unit 405 Cattleya Condominium, 235 Salcedo St, Legaspi Village, San Lorenzo, Makati City, Philippines. By using ANTE you agree to these Terms.

Free trial
ANTE offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your workspace stays live in read-only mode for an additional 30 days while you decide. You may cancel anytime during or after the trial.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
Your data
You own your workspace data. We store it, back it up, and make it available to you. On termination, we provide a data export in standard formats for 30 days, after which the data is permanently deleted.
Acceptable use
Don't use ANTE to break the law, infringe rights, or attempt to compromise the service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Liability
ANTE is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
