TLS 1.3 in transit everywhere. PostgreSQL volumes encrypted at rest. Secrets stored in encrypted vaults, never in logs.
Daily backups, 30-day retention
Production database snapshotted nightly. Backups verified by checksum and replicated to off-site object storage. Restoration tested quarterly.
Authentication
Strong password policy, lockout on failed attempts. OAuth identity via Google, Slack, Facebook. SSO/SAML on Enterprise.
Authorization
Role- and scope-based access. Every API call permission-checked. License-bound feature flags enforce hard limits at runtime.
Audit trail
Every record carries created-by, updated-by, and per-field history where it matters. Process steps log every approval and decision.
PH data residency
Self-host inside your own network, or run on cloud servers located in Asia-Pacific. Your data does not leave the region without your action.
