This Privacy Policy explains how Multibook Philippines Inc. ("we", "us", or "ANTE") — a Philippine subsidiary of Multibook (Tokyo, Japan) — collects, uses, and shares information when you use ANTE, the ERP software available at ante.work and related domains. Our Philippine office is at Unit 405 Cattleya Condominium, 235 Salcedo St, Legaspi Village, San Lorenzo, Makati City, Philippines.

What we collect
- Account data: name, email, employer, role.
- Workspace data: the data you enter into ANTE — employees, payroll, projects, customers, etc. You own this data.
- Usage data: aggregated, anonymized telemetry to understand product usage.
- Communications: emails and support messages you send us.
How we use it
- To provide the ANTE service and the features you've configured.
- To send transactional notifications (e.g., payroll completion, approval requests).
- To improve the product based on aggregated usage.
- To respond to your support and sales inquiries.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of third-party services to operate ANTE. The current list is published on our Trust Center and updated when it changes.
Data residency
Your workspace data is stored on servers in the Asia-Pacific region. Enterprise customers may self-host ANTE on their own infrastructure — in which case the data never leaves your network.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion. Email privacy@ante.work.
